In December 2025, I had the pleasure of talking to a man who has made something of a career out of explaining Poland’s economic success to the world: Marcin Piątkowski, economist, World Bank adviser and author of Europe’s Growth Champion and Złoty Wiek (The Golden Age).


We talked about:
