In July 2026, I took a deep dive into corporate CSR strategies, looking beyond statements and benefit packages to ask what social responsibility actually looks like in day-to-day business decisions. For Warsaw Business Journal, I spoke with experts and industry leaders about the policies shaping today’s workplace.
I explored:
Employee well-being and mental health, and the growing business cost of stress, burnout, absenteeism and disengagement.
Generational policies at work, including what the data really tells us about Gen Z, Millennials and Gen X, and why life stage may matter more than generational labels.
Disability inclusion and the untapped labor pool, with more than one million people with disabilities still outside Poland’s labor market despite widespread talent shortages.
The line between genuine CSR strategy and social washing, and how companies can turn social commitments into measurable decisions about talent, productivity, resilience and growth.
